Attorneys practicing Indian Law must have a sound understanding of tribal, state, and federal law to be effective practitioners in New York State. This CLE event provides an opportunity to learn about the jurisdictional maze created in Indian Country by federal law, as well as issues in child support, family law, and being an effective practitioner in tribal court. 4 CLE credits are available for attorneys.
