MEDICAL-LEGAL PARTNERSHIPS: NY PROFESSIONALS WORKING TOGETHER TO IMPROVE HEALTH CARE

This multidisciplinary conference will bring together professionals throughout the State of New York from the fields of law, medicine, and social work to discuss the impact of social determinants on health and to identify planning and sustainability strategies for implementing medical-legal partnerships.
