Danielle Fogel, L'04

Danielle M. Fogel's practice focuses on representing physicians and health care providers as well as defending professional malpractice claims, wrongful death cases and personal injury claims. She is currently president of the Women's Bar Association and co-chair of its Judicial Screening Committee.

She previously served as Central New York’s Women’s Bar Association president-elect, vice president, secretary, director of membership and as chair of its Beatrice Krupkin Scholarship Committee. She also served as an arbitrator for the City of Syracuse Small Claims Court.

Before attending Syracuse Law, Ms. Fogel was a forensic scientist for the New York State Police. She attended Albany College of Pharmacy and is a graduate of Utica College of Syracuse University (B.S. Biology/Psychology, magna cum laude) and Syracuse University College of Law. She was the vice president of the Stevens Swan Humane Association of Oneida County and formerly taught Constitutional Law as an adjunct professor at Cayuga Community College.
