Edward "Ted" H. Townsend L'10
| Harter Secrest & Emery LLP Associate Ted Townsend graduated magna cum laude from the College of Law in 2010. While there, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Syracuse Law Review and he became a member of the Order of the Coif. At Harter Secret & Emery, LLP, of Rochester, New York, Mr. Townsend focuses his practice on general business and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions. His experience includes performing due diligence review and analysis for a variety of business acquisitions and sales, researching and drafting legal memoranda, as well as preparing various agreements, including manufacturing, employment, and stock sale agreements. Mr. Townsend also assists clients with various issues relating to the formation, ownership, operation, transfer, and termination of business entities. |
