Professor Wechsler’s teaching and research interests are in professional responsibility and negotiation. He serves on the New York State Bar Association Committee on Professional Ethics. 

Professor Wechsler earned a B.A. from Cornell University and a M.B.A. and J.D. from the University of Michigan. During law school, he was associate editor of the Michigan Law Review. 

Before entering teaching, Professor Wechsler was an associate for a leading Denver law firm. He also taught at the University of Colorado School of Law.
