Hannah B. Vaughan is a Visiting Assistant Professor for the Elder Law Clinic. Prior to this appointment, she was an Associate Attorney at Booth Harrington and Johns of NC PLLC in Greensboro, North Carolina, where she practiced Elder and Special Needs Law. She also served as primary counsel to Corporation of Guardianship, a non-profit trustee of a Special Needs Pooled Trust. She is a member of the State Bars of North Carolina, Georgia, and Alabama and she is certified by the Department of Veterans' Affairs to represent claimants regarding their VA benefits.
Professor Vaughan earned her B.S., cum laude, from Vanderbilt University, where she studied both Psychology (College of Arts and Science) and Child Development (Peabody College). She earned her J.D. from University of Alabama, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Law and Psychology Review and an active participant in the Legal Counsel for the Elderly clinical program.
