Charles M. Sprock, Jr. teaches Sexual Orientation and the Law (fall semesters) and Planning for Non Traditional Families (spring semesters) at The College of Law. He also teaches Business Organizations for Syracuse University’s Legal Assistant Program (spring semesters) at University College. In addition to his academic work, he is a partner with the firm Baldwin & Sutphen, LLP, where he focuses in the areas of Real Estate Law, Estate Planning & Asset Protection, Trust & Estate Administration and Business Law. He is a frequent presenter and author for continuing legal education seminars sponsored by the New York State Bar Association and the National Business Institute (NBI), and is a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Real Estate and Trust & Estates sections. In 2002, the Onondaga County business community recognized his accomplishments in the fields of law, education and community affairs by naming him one of the "40 Under 40" most outstanding leaders in Greater Syracuse.
