Professor Harding graduated with honors from Georgetown University Law Center where she was articles and notes editor of the American Criminal Law Review. After graduation, she centered private practice with a leading New York City law firm,specializing in corporate and commercial litigation. She teaches torts, alternative dispute resolution, and courses in the business law area. Professor Harding writes and publishes on arbitration law.
