Biography:
Birgitta Siegel has spent 22 years 'on and around Wall Street', representing major brokerage houses in complex securities cases. After receiving her J.D. in 1985, with honors, from the University of Miami, Florida, Ms. Siegel was in private practice with a large Florida firm renowned for its quality securities practice. In 1991, Ms. Siegel was hired away by a client to work in-house in New York City, where she coordinated large, highly publicized litigation, taught seminars, published in the field and also tried numerous court and arbitration cases. She is a member of the N.Y. Bar, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, and various District Courts.
