Tiffany H. LeeTIFFANY H. LEE attended the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario, Canada, where she received her B.A. in Philosophy and Spanish in 1994. She then obtained her J.D., cum laude, from Syracuse University College of Law in 1997 Ms. Lee also obtained her M.A. in International Relations from Syracuse University's Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Policy.  While at the College of Law, she was an Associate Editor of the Syracuse Law Review, participated in the Jessup Moot Court Competition, and was a teaching and research assistant to the late Professor Donna Arzt.

After her graduation from the College of Law, Ms. Lee served for two years as a court attorney for the New York State Court of Appeals.  She then became a confidential law clerk for the Honorable Richard C. Wesley, then Associate Judge of the New York State Court of Appeals.  After completing this clerkship in 2002, Ms. Lee became an Assistant United States Attorney in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Western District of New York in Rochester, New York, where she remains to this day.

Ms. Lee's career has focused on the prosecution of white collar crimes and crimes against children. In 2006 she was designated the bankruptcy fraud point of contact for the Western District of New York, a position she held until March of 2009. In December of 2007, Ms. Lee was appointed the Project Safe Childhood Coordinator for the Western District of New York.  In June 2010, she was honored with a Law Enforcement Award for her efforts in cases involving exploited children by the New York Advisory Board of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Lee is currently serving her second term as the diversity committee chair and board member of the Greater Rochester Association of Women Attorneys. She has also been involved with the Rochester Inns of Court, has served as a board member of Literacy Volunteers of Livingston County, and as a volunteer at Teresa House in Geneseo, New York, which offers comfort to residents who are nearing the end of a terminal illness, and to their families.

Ms. Lee is married to fellow College of Law alumnus Eric Schiener L'97; the couple have two children and are expecting their third later this year.
