Leon Rose leads the Basketball Division of CAA Sports. He currently represents Lebron James, Richard Hamilton, Allen Iverson among a plethora of NBA players. Mr. Rose attended Dickinson College where he received a B.A. in 1983. He received his Juris Doctorate from Temple University in 1986 and was admitted to the Bar in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Rose discussed many of the hot topics in the NBA to a packed house of more than 75 students. The Entertainment and Sports Law Society sends its thanks to Mr. Rose and everyone who joined us for the fourth installment of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society Speaker Series.
ESLS Career Day Panel
On February 26th, Davide Wagner gave a presentation on being successful in your job search. Our members gained valuable knowledge on expanding their job searches and succeeding in finding the proper internship. We were very grateful to have Chris Lombard join us from the College of Law, Office of Professional Development and Career Services.
Len Elmore is an American sportscaster, lawyer and former National Basketball Association player. Elmore has served as a college basketball analyst for ESPN for over eight years and served in the same capacity for CBS Sports' coverage of the NCAA Tournament; he also serves an analyst for ABC Sports. Elmore is an eight-year veteran of the NBA having played for the Indiana Pacers, Kansas City Kings, Milwaukee Bucks, New Jersey Nets, and New York Knicks, and he also played two seasons with the Pacers when they were in the ABA. He graduated from the University of Maryland College Park in 1974 where he was a three-time All-ACC player and an All-American in 1974. Elmore received a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1987 and began his law career as a prosecutor, serving as an Assistant District Attorney in Brooklyn, New York.
Aside from his announcing duties, Elmore also serves as Senior Counsel with LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae in New York City, where he currently resides, and is the president of the National Basketball Retired Players Association. He also is a member of the Knight Commission on Intercollegiate Athletics.

Alan C. Milstein
Alan C. Milstein is a nationally recognized litigator in the areas of insurance law, products liability, bioethics and clinical trials litigation. Mr. Milstein attended the University of Maryland where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1975 and the University of Kansas where he received his Masters Degree. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1983 with honors from Temple University School of Law where he was a member of the Board of Editors of Temple University Law Review. In recent cases, Mr. Milstein has represented the family of a young man killed in a gene therapy experiment, subjects in clinical trials at research facilities, Parkinson’s patients seeking access to an experimental drug, a church diocese in an action against its insurance company for a steeple collapse, a college athlete seeking early entry into the NFL, and jockeys in an action against their guild. He is a listed member of Who's Who in American Law and New Jersey Super Lawyers. Mr. Milstein is admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New York, the Court of Federal Claims and the Federal District Court in Washington D.C. Mr. Milstein has lectured extensively on fire litigation, on bioethics in clinical trials, and on sports law.

At the age of 24, Harrison Till has already accomplished what most dream of in a lifetime. Till won a National Championship in Football at The Ohio State University.
